Program PRESENCE: new features and bug fixes

New Features
2 December 2002:
    Pop-up hints have been added to help guide new users.
    The multiple season model is now fully up and running (there's even something in the help file!!).
3 September 2002:
    Beta verison of multiple season model added.
    Goodness-of-fit test for single season, custom models.
    Numerical optimization routine has been changed.

Bug Fixes
2 December 2002:
    Bugs that caused the .pao files to saved/opened incorrectly have been fixed (again).
    Found and exterminated the bug that caused PRESENCE to sometimes quit when copying and pasting data.
3 September 2002:
    Fixed a small bug that gave incorrect parameter estimates for the alternative parameterizations of the multiple season model.
19 August 2002:
    Removed the bug that caused the sampling covariates not being saved in the correct format.
