Proteus have the in-house expertise to develop custom Windows-based software as part of your project needs.  It is up to you whether you would like to keep the software private, or to be available as freeware.  Below is a list of available software that has been developed by us, and links to other popular statistical freeware sites.

Estimating Site Occupancy Rates (last updated 26 July 2002)
As from 13 July 2002, ESOR has been renamed Program PRESENCE .

CUSUM Analysis Tool (CAT) 2.2 (last updated 21 March 2002)
This software implements the CUSUM-type method for monitoring environmental variables developed by Manly and MacKenzie (2000) .
Run setup.exe once you've downloaded CAT22.zip .  This software was developed while I was working on contract CO1616 from the New Zealand Foundation for Research, Science and Technology, at the University of Otago.   Visit the official site for this work .  
CAT is no longer supported due to the expiration of Darryl's contract with the University of Otago.

Program PRESENCE (last updated 2 December 2002)
This software estimates the probability a site is occupied by a species (and related parameters), given that the species will not always be detected with certainty, even when present.  The method is detailed in MacKenzie et al. (2002) .
Run setup.exe once you've downloaded PRESENCE.zip .  Help files have been included and updates will be made available seperately as they are completed.  Look here for a list of new features and bug fixes.
